A new umbrella group representing the interests of rural Ireland is set to be launched in the coming weeks – 'Save Rural Ireland', is being coordinated by the Tipp Town based group.
The new group says that services like broadband, local post offices and Garda stations have been consistently downgraded in recent years and they are looking for action from Government.
Neil Garvey, CEO of Muntir na Tire says that they will bring workable solutions to the table.
