Keith Ryan is the owner of Computer Solutions – an IT sales and repair shop based on O’Brien street in Tipp Town.
He employs eight people and is concerned that the roundabout outside his business – which would take up all the parking spaces outside – for the duration of the eight or nine months of roadworks on Davitt Street will cause him to lose business.
