A woman in her 50s died in the three car crash at Kielys Cross in Ardmore, at around half past five on Monday evening.
Four other people involved in the crash were treated for minor injuries.
An 18 year old – who was driving one of the cars – was arrested at the scene.
He's due to appear before Cashel District Court at 12 o'clock.
