A joint negotiating committee made up of reps from Unite and SIPTU, will consider the proposals from the WRC in relation to outsourcing at the Cadbury plant in Coolock in Dublin.
Union shop stewards are due to meet tomorrow to issue a recommendation for consideration by their members at Cadbury's.
