A Roscrea councillor has called for a state loan to be raised in order to improve the roads around Tipperary.
The issue was raised by Independent Councillor Michael O’Meara at this week’s Tipperary County Council meeting in Nenagh.
He told Tipp FM News if a state loan was raised, it would improve the roads for years to come, as they are in need of a lot of work.
