The Telly Bingo ticket, which was bought in the Old Bridge Stores in Clonmel, was bought on Friday the 20th June for the game on the 24th.
The closing date to claim the prize is next Monday.
The ticket holder or holders have until 5.30 that evening to turn up at Lotto HQ.
