The property at The Green is leased from the local authority by the scouts who have spent considerable money on the building in recent years.
An Engineering Inspection has been carried out by Tipperary County Council with the report currently being considered by the Property Management Team.

However local Sinn Fein Councillor Martin Browne says something needs to be done quickly to make the building fit for use.
