It looks as though Russian warships have been refused permission to refuel in the Spanish port of Ceuta in North Africa.
Spain had been criticised for allowing a flotilla of Russian vessels – on their way to help attack targets in Syria – to take on fuel and supplies.
British Royal Navy warships shadowed the boats through the English Channel just days ago.
