A motorist in Tipperary has been detected driving at more than nine times over the legal alcohol limit.
A Garda travelling to work last evening spotted a vehicle being driven erratically in Cahir.
The motorist – who is disqualified from driving – was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and found to be over the limit.
The vehicle has been seized and the driver has been charged to appear in court.
