Revenue says people aren’t being turned away from Thurles offices

The issue was raised on Tipp FM yesterday by Councillor David Doran who said the walk-in service at the Stradavoher office was to end in June with the focus changing to online services.

He felt this would be a bad move and leave people who may not be up to speed on technology at a loss.

But Principal Officer with Revenue for the East / South East Region, Noreen Peoples, has told Tipp Today they will not be getting rid of the face-to-face appointments completely.
