A report into the alleged ticketing scandal at the Rio Olympics which led to the arrest of OCI President Pat Hickey will be published later today.
The review by Judge Carroll Moran will examine allegations of ticket touting against THG and the company’s owner Marcus Evans, whose relationship with Mr Hickey has come under close scrutiny.
