The Clonmel Library is said to be long overdue an upgrade.
That’s the view of Independent Councillor Pat English, who wants to see a digital hub developed in the library.
Cllr English wants to copy the model put in place for the recent upgrades of the library in Carrick on Suir.
He feels the time is right to modernise the service.
