Independent Alliance Minister Shane Ross says the agency has “questions to answer” over the so-called Project Eagle sale.
He's told The Sunday Business Post, that “further enquiries will be necessary”.
The comments came after it emerged that the Comptroller and Auditor General has raised concerns about the sale of the €1.6bn property portfolio.
The state's spending watchdog has highlighted “shortcomings” and “irregularities” in the way the sale was handled.
