Permission granted on Nenagh First Data site

Tipperary County Council has given the green light for works at the site for First Data in Nenagh

The company is set to create 300 jobs at the Springfort Business Park, Stereame with the establishment of an R&D centre

Tipperary County Council has granted permission to the IDA for alterations and additions to the building at Stereame together with an expanded car park.

Local Labour TD Alan Kelly says the arrival of First Data could encourage other companies to follow.

Hiring will commence later this year with the facility set to be up and running in 2017.
