Following a protracted planning process, permission has been granted for a new commercial venture in Carrick on Suir.
Waterford based Jazzberry Ltd lodged plans for a site on the Pill Road in the town last October.
The application before Tipperary County Council was for a pharmacy and café across from the park near St. Brigid’s Hospital.
The local authority has now given conditional approval for the project which will entail the demolition of two existing single-storey structures on the site.
