Members voted not to consider the allegations sent by Gerry Ryan, the whistleblower who previously raised claims of tax evasion by politicians.
The exact allegations were received by the Committee yesterday but were withheld from TDs themselves, pending legal advice.
However this morning the committee decided not to consider the latest claims, by 10 votes to 2.
