North Tipperary plant embroiled in latest horsemeat controversy.

A factory in Nenagh is at the centre of the latest episode in the horsemeat scandal.

The Larry Goodman owned ABP plant at Grange, Nenagh supplied meat to Greencore for a beef bolognese sauce which was sold by British supermarket chain ASDA.

The product has been withdrawn after tests revealed the presence of horse DNA.

Greencore is run by Patrick Coveney, the brother of the Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney.
