The former Antigen site in Roscrea has undergone a major transformation in recent months.
It was once a key employer in the town with close to 300 people employed at the pharmaceutical plant at its peak.
After lying idle for a number of years the site is now set to host a number of businesses.
Local Fianna Fail Councillor Michael Smith says it’s a very welcome boost to the area.
