More St Patrick’s Day Parades being held today

Thurles and Borrisokane hold their St Patrick's Day Parades today.

The Borrisokane event starts at 3pm and will lead to the closure of the N52 – N65 for around an hour.

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Thurles starts with street entertainment from 2pm.

The parade starts at 2.45pm from Abbey Road.

Traffic going to the league match between Tipperary and Waterford should be aware of delays, especially after the match, and should avoid Abbey Road and Liberty Square.
