Cashel Blue Cheese by Irish Cheese Direct – which is supplied to Supervalu for its Signature Taste range received two stars at the Great Taste Awards 2015.
The event organised by the Guild of Fine Food, is the world’s largest blind tasted food awards with over 400 judges who range from chefs and food critics to farmers taking part in this year’s competition.
