The 15-year-old, known as Neta, was last seen on Wednesday at her family home in Rotherham but Police believed the young girl was in Ireland after she was seen in the company of a man boarding a ferry in Scotland.
A join operation was launched between Police in England and gardai.
The teenager was located in Portlaoise.
