Joe McGrath is heading up to the new single local authority for Tipperary which held its first annual meeting in Holycross yesterday.
Local Enterprise Offices have already been set up in Ballingarrane in Clonmel and at the Civic Offices in Nenagh to give advice to anyone thinking of starting a business.
Joe McGrath says they are also working on other ways of aiding job creation in Tipperary.
