Eircom have begun a new Apprentice and Graduate programme, which aims to recruit 375 people over the next five years.
The Apprenticeship programme will recruit 60 apprentices a year and is open to anyone with a Leaving Cert.

This year's programme begins in September for people wanting to work in Customer Service and as Assurance Technicians.
It's the first large scale programme of its kind at the company for nearly 30 years.
€18 million is being invested at the group to enhance their skills base.
