An Post is carrying out a strategic review of its services across the country, with 400 post offices potentially facing the axe.
While the company says the Terryglass closure is on a temporary basis there are fears that it may not reopen after the review is complete.
Speaking on Tipp Today this morning, Mairead Ryan from Paddy’s Bar in Terryglass says she’s sure the closure will be permanent.
