The Tipperary Roads Policing Unit has intercepted a car in Nenagh today.
After receiving an alert on the MobilityApp, they found that the driver had no insurance, NCT, or tax.
It was also discovered that they were an unaccompanied learner driver without any L plates displayed.
The Audi was seized, and a court appearance is pending.
