According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation – Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore is the most overcrowded with 39 people in need of a bed.
Frontline staff at South Tipp General in Clonmel are also extremely busy today with 29 patients on makeshift beds.
There are 19 people without a bed at University Hospital Limerick today.
