The rate of mortgage arrears in Tipperary is among the lowest in the country.
Latest figures from the Central Bank show that default rates are lowest in Cork at 10% followed by Tipperary, Dublin, Galway and Mayo on 11%.
Longford has the highest percentage of mortgage holders in arrears with nearly 1 in 5 behind on their payments.
