Irish Water is being criticised for failing to take action on an illegal halting site on their land in Templemore.
It's claimed the number of caravans at Railway View in the town has increased significantly in recent months.
The matter was raised at this weeks meeting of Tipperary County Council by Fianna Fail's John Hogan.
He says he has raised the issue on a number of occasions but to no avail.
