Irish Water criticised for lack of communication over water outages

There's renewed criticism of Irish Water's handling of supply outages in Tipperary.

It follows yet another interruption in Carrick on Suir last weekend.

It's the latest in a series of problems with the line from Crotty's Lake to the South Tipp town.

Local representative David Dunne raised the issue at this weeks meeting of Tipperary County Council.

The Sinn Fein Councillor was highly critical of the lack of follow-up from Irish Water after he contacted them about the problem.
