The Long Way Round is a 15 kilometre walk or run across roads, hills and tracks around Clonmel – the annual event costs €30 per person with all monies going towards the charity which comes to the aid of people across the region.
Check in is this evening from 5 o'clock to 6.30pm with the first groups expected to depart around 7.
People planning to take part are being reminded to ensure they have all the equipment needed.
