Around 800 Tipperary homes are without power today due to the stormy conditions with parts of Thurles and Fethard among the worst affected.
In the Holy Cross Road over 300 ESB customers are affected with crews expected to have supply restored after lunch.
Then in the Lawlesstown and Spa road areas around Fethard almost 400 households are without power – however the ESB expect to have electricity restored to the majority of those before midday.
There are also almost 40 customers hit in Loughtagalla with a dozen or so more on the Tipp Border at Cappamore.
