Humanitarian aid arriving in Vanuatu.

A state of emergency has been declared in Vanuatu as storm survivors wait for more supplies from Australia and New Zealand.

Planes from the two closest countries have been delivering aid to the Pacific Island after it was devastated by Cyclone Pam.

The category 5 storm hit over the weekend bringing winds of more than 160 miles an hour.

It's feared that dozens could have been killed but poor communication links mean the death toll is still uncertain.
