The research shows that the cost of a three bed semi in Tipperary fell by 4% since December with an average price of €110,000.
The latest house price survey by MyHome-dot-ie shows that the overall median asking price for a house in the Premier County hasn't changed in the first three months of 2015.
The MyHome.ie survey looks at asking prices and it found that they rose by 2.2% in the first quarter of this year while there was an increase of 5.7% year-on-year.
In Dublin asking prices were up 2.5% and 12.7% respectively, a lack of a new supply and population growth is behind this larger increase.
However, prices in the Premier County seem to have levelled off with no change in the overall asking price for a house here it remains constant at €154,000.
The report says that the impact of the new lending rules, which came into effect in the last month, will not be seen until the next quarter.
