Tipperary escaped overnight snow which has left some roads in Donegal and Monaghan impassable.
Gardai across the Premier County are reporting no problems on the roads this morning.
However a snow and ice warning remains in place across Ireland.
Met Eireann's advising of wintry showers – with snow accumulations of up to 3 centimetres.
Those showers will be most frequent in the west and north and over hills and mountains.
