Simon Harris says he has no intention of overturning the findings of a clinical review  – which has found a second cath lab is not needed at the facility.

That's despite calls from Independent Junior Minister John Halligan for the review to be scrapped – he's also threatened to walk out of Government over the issue.

Minister Harris says he will not ignore medical advice.
