The HSE restructuring is better but still not ideal from a Tipperary viewpoint.
That’s according to Independent councillor Richie Molloy who criticised the grouping of South Tipperary with South Dublin.
He claims the area is still too large to affect real change.
Speaking on Tipp Today Councillor Molloy said that Tipperary is still divided when it comes to mental health.
