The European Commission wants to introduce pan-EU subscriptions in a bid to modernise Europe's online economy.
If it gets the go ahead, you'll be able to watch films and sport and listen to e-books and music while you're abroad.
The proposals now need to be agreed by the European Parliament and the EU Council.
