Gardaí investigating a brutal attack on a college student in County Kildare at the weekend are expected to issue a further appeal for information later.
The 18 year old suffered serious head injuries in the assault outside the Moyglare Abbey Estate in Maynooth shortly before half past eight on Sunday night.
The woman, who's originally from Castleblayney in County Monaghan, was taken to Connolly Hospital in Dublin's Blanchardstown.
