A motorist is facing a litany of offences after being stopped by Gardaí in Tipperary Town this week.
Officers seized a van after it was observed turning away from a checkpoint on the Limerick Road.
The vehicle was found to have no tax or insurance while its DOE had expired.
A court appearance is to follow for the driver.
