It follows a number of fresh incidents of horses found dead or injured on routes in Mid Tipp allegedly following collisions during such racing.
Currently sulkies are prohibited from assessing the county's motorways and there are calls for the county council to introduce a ban for the racing of sulkies on regional and local roads.
