A spokesperson for the Dublin work place syndicate, said they were speechless when they realised they had the winning ticket on the night of the draw.
They say they're looking forward to the financial freedom that comes with a win of this magnitude.
The identity of the syndicate remains unknown.
The winning ticket was sold in the Applegreen service station in Lusk, North County Dublin.
