The driver of a car which turned away from a Garda checkpoint in Tipperary yesterday is facing a court appearance.
The Roads Policing Unit later intercepted the Volkswagen Golf in Killenaule.
The vehicle was found to have no insurance, no NCT and no tax.
As a result the car was impounded by Gardaí.
