Coastguard believes rat ridden ghost ship has sunk

The Irish Coastguard believes a ghost ship thought to be carrying disease-ridden rats has sunk in the Atlantic.

The empty cruise liner- which has been drifting for almost a year after it broke from a tow line enroute to the Dominican Republic – was thought to be heading for our coast.

The Irish Coastguard teamed up with the space industry and spent two months trying to locate the 100 metre vessel.

This morning, psychic Uri Geller said he will help to find the ship – which has been valued at around 1 million euro in scrap.

However Chris Reynolds of the Irish Coastguard says his theory is that the ship sank somewhere in the Atlantic.
