The call comes amid concerns that health workers on emergency calls may get caught with parking fines in the North Tipp town due to circumstances beyond their control as they aid patients.
Council officials say its not possible to designate a special permet for the nurses but that appeals before them are taking on a case by case basis.

However Labour's Fiona Bonfield who raised the issue says they may still be able to come up with a solution
