Cabinet agrees terms of reference of public inquiry into Maurice McCabe controversy

The inquiry, which is expected to publish an interim report within three months, will look for the green light from the Seanad this evening.

Any negative links between the Gardaí and Tusla, the child and family agency, will be examined as part of the investigation.
