60 years on from being one of the first communities to connect up to Rural Electrification – it will mark the occasion with the switching on of the new village green lights.
It's all part of the overall development of the Green which has seen new flowers planted and seating erected while a recording of the original Rural Electrification Scheme in the 40's will be shown.
