Plans for an apartment complex in Cahir are being considered by Tipperary County Council.
The application from Dan Casey Builder Limited are for Abbey Street in the town.
The proposals entail the demolition of an existing building which would be replaced by a single building containing twelve apartments
These include 2 studio, 6 one-bed and 4 two-bed apartments with a decision due by the end of October.
