A road closure due to flooding in Carrick-on-Suir has reopened.
Mill Street was closed off this morning after it was hit with extensive flooding.
Councillor Davy Dunne reported the flooded road to the engineer and person overseeing the N24 this morning.
It’s reported that the situation has been resolved, and no houses on the street were flooded as a result the downpours.
