The extension of pay-parking areas in Clonmel is causing problems in some parts of the town.
The local authority has installed parking meters in Upper Irishtown and on the Davis Road in recent months.
However Councillor Michael Murphy says this has had a knock-on effect for nearby streets.
He says this will have to be addressed as it is causing problems for residents in the area.
