Planning permission has been granted for a housing development in Nenagh.
The local authority has approved plans from Eko Integrated Services Ltd for the project adjacent to the Abbey Court Hotel.
It allows for the construction of 24 houses and 8 apartments.
These would be made up of 16 semi-detached 3-bedroom houses, 8 3-bedroom terraced houses and 8 two bedroom apartments.
